Financial Restructuring Analyst

The Financial Restructuring Analyst will provide research and analysis to the Partners of the Financial Restructuring practice.

 Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and interpret data relating to distressed investments made by financial institutions, including legal documents, that aids the restructuring team in its decision making processes.
  • Perform, synthesize, and provide research and other due diligence and data on such investments and institutions and make informed recommendations to the restructuring team.
  • Monitor and track various industries, credit market dynamics, and credit trends and inform and educate the restructuring team.
  • Create and give presentations. Presentations may be informal presentations within the restructuring group or they may be more formal and designed to educate or persuade clients.
  • Compile data using, among other things, spreadsheets and other software programs, and prepare detailed, client-ready marketing decks (e.g., pitch materials), reports and other materials to be used internally and externally to secure client mandates.
  • Perform various administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of all key clients and priority targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in banking, finance or legal environment
  • Minimum commitment of 2 years

 

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
