Leah Feldman is an associate in Cadwalader's Securitization Group, with an emphasis on commercial mortgage-backed securities. She represents investment banks and financial institutions in their roles as issuers, underwriters, placement agents, and mortgage loan sellers in both public and private offerings of mortgage-backed securities.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Leah was an associate at Thacher Proffitt & Wood in that firm's structured finance department.
Leah received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and M.S. from New York University - Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences. She received a B.A. from Yeshiva University - Stern College. Leah is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
