Hannah Cooper is an associate in Cadwalader’s London Financial Restructuring Group.
Hannah’s practice focuses on debt restructuring and reorganisation in special situations. She also acts for private equity and distressed financial sponsors on all aspects of their investments, including cross-border M&A, stressed and distressed investments, restructurings and general corporate and securities law matters.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Hannah was an associate in the corporate advisory team of Australian firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, in Sydney, where she acted for a variety of blue chip clients on M&A, equity capital markets and general commercial transactions.
Hannah received her Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Macquarie University in 2012 and her Bachelor of Liberal Studies from the University of Sydney in 2009.
Hannah is admitted to practice in New South Wales, Australia.
