George Pelling is an associate in the Debt Claims Trading practice and Finance practice in Cadwalader's London office.

George specialises in distressed debt and claims trading. He advises in connection with the acquisition and sale of syndicated bank loans, debt instruments, bond claims and distressed assets. He also advises in connection with domestic and international financing transactions, with a particular focus on Fund Finance (both asset backed and capital call facilities).  

Prior to joining Cadwalader, George was an associate in the Media Finance department at Sheridans, where he specialised in film finance. George graduated from Newcastle University, where he obtained a First Class Honours degree in History. He completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law and is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
