Previously, Adam was a Relationship Manager on the Funds Team at Lloyds Banking Group and a Partner at Altius Associates, a private equity gatekeeper and fund of funds manager. He holds a LLB Law (Honors) from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and an Executive MBA from Cass Business School, City University, London.

His expertise includes commercial and private banking liquidity solutions for private equity management companies and their funds, investment vehicles, portfolio companies, GP/Co-Investment entities, and individual partners and principals. Prior to joining First Republic, Scott was a Managing Director at Silicon Valley Bank, where he spent 10 years banking and structuring credit solutions for private equity and venture capital firms and their portfolio companies. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate and law from California State University, Long Beach.
