Gina is a partner in our Global Litigation Group and a member of the firm's White Collar Defense and Investigations practice. Gina represents corporations and individuals in sensitive internal investigations, complex criminal and regulatory enforcement actions, and compliance initiatives. Gina's practice focuses on white collar matters with a concentration on finance-related and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act issues.

The Firm is proud to be one of the founding members of the Justice Served hunger relief campaign, an important initiative of Food Bank For New York City.

Conceived by partner Lary Stromfeld in 2015, Justice Served has become a vital campaign for the New York legal industry, with Lary continuing to chair it since its inception. We are thrilled to announce that, as we celebrate the campaign’s 10th anniversary, partner Leah Edelboim will join the newly formed Justice Served Steering Committee to help guide the initiative into its next decade.

In Charlotte, Cadwalader attorney Patrick Coffee, Jr. recently planned and presented a workshop on Entity Formation to local artists and creatives. The event was coordinated by Charlotte Legal Initiative to Mobilize Businesses (CLIMB), Mecklenburg County's Business Diversity & Inclusion, Charlotte Mecklenburg BLACK CHAMBER of Commerce, and numerous Charlotte-area artists in honor of Black History Month. At the end of February, London associate Juliette Mills had the opportunity to be at Sarah Bonnell School to support them with their annual prefect interviews.

The interviewees are in Year 10 and are 14 or 15 years old. School prefects are expected to act as role models and leaders in the school, upholding the school’s code of conduct and supporting the staff. All students in Year 10 were given the prefect job description and invited to apply. The applicants were then invited to participate in an interview with external interviewers from the business world, to give students a realistic experience of a job interview, and to ensure that the application process is fair and transparent.
