At the end of February, London associate Juliette Mills had the opportunity to be at Sarah Bonnell School to support them with their annual prefect interviews.

The interviewees are in Year 10 and are 14 or 15 years old. School prefects are expected to act as role models and leaders in the school, upholding the school’s code of conduct and supporting the staff. All students in Year 10 were given the prefect job description and invited to apply. The applicants were then invited to participate in an interview with external interviewers from the business world, to give students a realistic experience of a job interview, and to ensure that the application process is fair and transparent.
