In Charlotte, Cadwalader attorney Patrick Coffee, Jr. recently planned and presented a workshop on Entity Formation to local artists and creatives. The event was coordinated by Charlotte Legal Initiative to Mobilize Businesses (CLIMB), Mecklenburg County's Business Diversity & Inclusion, Charlotte Mecklenburg BLACK CHAMBER of Commerce, and numerous Charlotte-area artists in honor of Black History Month.
