Cadwalader continues to expand its Global Litigation and other practice capabilities. 

This past Friday we announced that two high-profile government enforcement, compliance and investigations partners, Martin Weinstein and Jeffrey C. Clark, have joined our Washington, DC team. In September we also announced the arrival of highly regarded white collar defense and investigation partners Kenneth Breen and Phara Guberman. And earlier last year, partner Helen Maher joined our litigation team from Boies Schiller. 

Outside of litigation, just last week we announced that a four-partner leveraged finance and private credit team − Ronald Lovelace, Patrick Yingling, Jared Zajac and Joseph Polonsky − joined the firm in Charlotte, adding to our transatlantic leveraged finance, private credit and special situations team of recent additions New York partner Mike Rupe and London partners Matthew Smith and Bevis Metcalfe.
