At this year’s event, Cadwalader sponsored a raffle prize of dinner at Semma — New York’s only Michelin-starred South Indian restaurant, which has been ranked the # 1 restaurant in New York City by The New York Times.

We were honored to meet and spend time with the executive chef, Vijay Kumar. He recently made history as the first Indian restaurant chef to win the prestigious James Beard Award for Best Chef: New York State.
