Cadwalader partner and Real Estate Finance head Bonnie Neuman has been named among the 2024 “Notable Leaders in Real Estate” by Crain’s New York Business.

The annual list “recognizes the New Yorkers generating innovative ways to design, create and market residential and commercial property.” Among other recent highlights, Bonnie was recognized for her work in advising the lenders in the $1.375 billion refinancing of 660 Fifth Avenue (formerly 666 Fifth Avenue), the landmark Midtown Manhattan office building.

Bonnie is a multiple-time honoree by Crain’s, having made the publication’s notable real estate list previously as well as its “Notable Women in Law” and “Notable Diverse Leaders in Law.”
