Molly Lovedale, a partner in the firm’s Finance Group, focusing on real estate finance, has been recognized as part of Bloomberg Law’s annual “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40” awards program.

Molly is one of 40 stellar young lawyers highlighted in this special report. Bloomberg Law spoke with Molly about her recent successes, proud moments as an attorney, and valuable lessons learned.

She primarily represents financial institutions in connection with the origination of mortgage loans secured by commercial office buildings, retail properties, hotels, warehouses, multifamily housing, including many multi-state, multi-property pooled transactions.  She also has experience in the origination of mezzanine loans, the servicing and sale of mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and participation interests, and repurchase facilities.
