We are seeking commercial real estate finance associates with significant experience representing commercial and investment banks, debt funds and other regulated and non-regulated lenders.

The ideal candidates will have experience with requirements for securitization, syndication and participation of commercial mortgage, construction and mezzanine loans. Exposure to the representation of commercial real estate developers, owner/operators and borrowers is a plus.
