Tyler is an associate in the firm’s antitrust, trial practice, and global litigation groups. He has extensive experience in federal courts and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of lawsuits, international arbitrations, and trials, including antitrust, securities fraud, contractual, patent, constitutional, and mass tort disputes. He has also represented clients in white collar criminal matters.
Before his career in private practice, Tyler served as a law clerk for the Honorable James E. Graves Jr. of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Honorable William O. Bertelsman of the Eastern District of Kentucky, and the Honorable Walter E. Johnson of the Northern District of Georgia. Tyler received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University where he was Senior Articles Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law and received a certificate in law and business.
Before law school Tyler taught special eduction in the Bronx as a New York City Teaching Fellow specializing in teaching students with autism. He received his masters in teaching from Pace University and attended Middle Tennessee State University where he graduated with degrees in Philosophy and Music Business.
