Timothy Ramos is a law clerk in Cadwalader’s Finance Group. He focuses his practice on fund finance, representing banks and financial institutions as lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Tim earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from New York Law School, where he served as a Staff Editor of the New York Law School Law Review, a Harlan Scholar affiliated with the Center for Business and Financial Law and the Center for International Law, and a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council. He also participated in the New York City Bar’s Diversity Fellowship Program in 2017. Tim received his B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.
