Steve Bleiberg’s practice is concentrated in the area of fund finance. Steve represents banks and financial institutions as lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities for private equity funds. His prior legal experience includes representing lenders and borrowers in commercial lending and other financing transactions, including secured lending transactions, syndicated bank financings, receivables financings and structured commodity finance transactions. Steve is also focused on innovation and emerging technologies impacting financing transactions, including blockchain technology.

Steve received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, and his B.A. from Tufts University. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
