Prince Mikado-Nwalu is a law clerk in the firm’s Financial Services Group. His practice centers around transactional and regulatory matters related to structured products, derivatives, fintech, alternative investment products and asset-based finance.
Prince counsels both financial institutions and “buy-side” market participants in transaction negotiations and regulatory compliance matters. He also advises the Alternative Reference Rates Committee sponsored by the Federal Reserve on the transition of cash products away from LIBOR.
Prince received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, and two B.B.A.s from Florida International University. He speaks conversational Portuguese and Spanish.
