Marc Feingold is a senior attorney in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Marc's recent matters include:
- representation of a family of hedge fund advisory and management entities in defense of lawsuits brought by investors in unsuccessful tax shelters, as well as prosecution of lawsuits against a tax shelter promoter and against a law firm that had advised the client hedge fund; and
- representation of the founder of AlixPartners, LLP in multiforum litigation against management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, Inc. and its affiliates.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Marc was an associate at Boies Schiller Flexner, LLP.
Marc received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1994 and his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 1988. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
