Kenneth Duncan is a law clerk in the Corporate Group in Cadwalader’s New York office. Kenneth’s practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism and defense, corporate finance and corporate governance. He represents clients in a wide range of complex transactional matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions and proxy contests.
Kenneth received his J.D., cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he served as Managing Editor for the Ohio State Business Law Journal and participated in the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic. Kenneth earned his B.A., summa cum laude, in Financial Economics and Marketing from Capital University, where he was a member of the varsity tennis team.
