Kai Gill focuses his practice on representing financial technology companies, investments banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions in the procurement of investments and financing facilities, the development of novel financial instruments, obtaining guidance on cryptocurrency and blockchain related matters, public and private offerings of asset-backed securities, asset sale and purchase, servicing rights sale transactions and required reporting under the Securities Act of 1934.
Kai received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2017 and a B.A. in Political Science from UC Davis in 2012. He is admitted to practice in New York.
