Frank Bozzi is a law clerk in Cadwalader’s Corporate Group. Frank’s practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism and defense, corporate finance, securities law and corporate governance. He represents clients in a wide range of complex transactional matters, including public and private merges and acquisitions, spinoffs, tender offers, proxy contests and joint ventures.
Frank received his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he served as a Burks Legal Research Scholar for first-year law students. Frank earned his B.A. in Public Policy and Politics from New York University.
