Daniel Shiner is an associate in the Corporate Group in Cadwalader’s New York office. His practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, takeover preparedness and defense, corporate governance, securities law and general corporate advisory. Daniel represents both public and private companies in a wide range of matters, such as mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, proxy contests and other complex transactions.
Daniel received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Before law school, Daniel earned a B.S., cum laude, in Economics from George Mason University. He is admitted to practice in New York.
