Andy Levin represents clients in complex litigation concerning a broad range of issues, particularly business torts and contract disputes. His practice also includes counseling clients on antitrust matters, such as compliance with the Federal Trade Commission, mergers and acquisitions, and investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice.

A graduate of Georgetown University, cum laude, Andy earned his J.D. cum laude from the Washington University School of Law, where he served as an Executive Articles Editor of the Washington University Journal of Law & Policy. During law school, Andy interned at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he assisted on matters related to sports sponsorship, financing agreements, and general contract issues. Andy is admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia.
