Andrew Butler is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets Group. His practice focuses on representing investment banks and other financial institutions in their capacities as issuers, underwriters and sponsors of public and private offerings of asset-backed securities, including conduit and single-asset/single-borrower commercial mortgage-backed securities.
Andrew received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University. He is admitted to practice in New York.
