Andrew Butler is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets group. His practice focuses on representing investment banks and other financial institutions in their capacities as issuers and underwriters of public and private offerings of asset-backed securities. Andrew also represents investment banks and specialty finance companies in the purchase, sale and securitization of commercial and multifamily mortgage loans and the structuring of co-lending arrangements. In addition, he represents lenders in structuring and negotiating asset based finance facilities.
Andrew received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University. He is admitted to practice in New York.
