Antitrust Compliance & Counselling

Our attorneys are available at all times to advise clients on how they can achieve their business objectives while at the same time minimizing antitrust risk. We take a commercial and practical approach to counselling, and can help in a variety of ways, including:

  • Targeted assessments of the business practices of a particular part of your business, including: communication reviews; staff interviews; reporting our findings; and recommending steps to mitigate antitrust risk.
  • Ongoing counselling on antitrust matters as they arise, for example: advice on actual or proposed pricing and incentive practices; distribution arrangements and supply contracts; and oversight of horizontal cooperation between competitors, such as industry initiatives or trade association meetings.
  • Employee training tailored to the business practices in question, and practical advice on how employees should conduct themselves to ensure compliance.
