Dorothy Mehta, a partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, stressed that managers should not underestimate the importance of preparation, even if they know the exam will be remote. “It’s still an exam, even if the examiner is not physically in your office,” she explained. “You still need to prepare for an onsite exam and for a remote exam the same way.”
