Once again, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) has brought position limits to the forefront of its regulatory agenda. On December 5, 2016, the CFTC unanimously voted to finalize amendments to its existing position limits aggregation rule. In addition, the CFTC unanimously re-proposed a larger rule to impose federal position limits on 25 futures contracts and economically equivalent swaps.
Please join us on December 14, 2016 at 2:00 PM (eastern) for a webinar discussion of the key aspects of the final aggregation rule and the re-proposed position limits rule. The webinar will include an opportunity to ask questions.
