Victoria Saunders is an associate in the Corporate Group of Cadwalader’s New York office. Her practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, takeover preparedness and defense, corporate finance and corporate governance. Victoria represents both public and private companies, financial sponsors and investment managers in a wide range of transactions, such as public and private mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings, tender offers and other complex corporate transactions.
Victoria received her B.S. from Cornell University and her J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where she was an Associate Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review.
