Nathan Bryce is an associate in Cadwalader's New York office. His practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, takeover preparedness and defense, shareholder activism and defense, corporate finance, securities law and corporate governance. Nathan represents both public and private companies, financial sponsors and investment managers in a wide-range of transactions, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, leveraged buyouts, tender offers and other complex corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Cadwalader, Nathan was an associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, working in that firm's M&A and Securities department. Nathan also served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate's General's Corps, where he advised senior military commanders and Pentagon leadership on a wide range of legal issues and prosecuted numerous cases in federal court as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. While in law school, Nathan was an intern for two years at Morgan Stanley.

Nathan received his B.A., cum laude, from Cornell University, and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was Associate Editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. Nathan is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
