Michael McCormack primarily represents major investment banks and financial institutions in their roles as underwriters, placement agents, issuers, mortgage loan sellers/purchasers, and credit enhancers of public and private securitization transactions involving a wide variety of commercial and residential mortgage loans.

He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Yale College and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. While in law school, Mike interned at the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Attorneys Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and volunteered at the Office of the Philadelphia District Attorney. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey (inactive).
