Jaclyn Hall is an associate in Cadwalader’s Corporate & Financial Services Litigation & Regulation Group.  Jaclyn advises clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, and shareholder lawsuits before both state and federal court.  Jaclyn also has experience advising clients on corporate governance and shareholder activism matters.

Jaclyn received her J.D. from the New York University School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law.  Jaclyn developed hands-on experience in data security and intellectual property issues by working with clients through NYU’s Technology and Policy Clinic, Advanced Technology and Policy Clinic, and New York Civil Liberties Clinic.  Prior to law school, she worked as a director at a civil liberties non-profit organization.  Jaclyn earned her B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
