Eric Zeng is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader’s London office.
Eric primarily focuses on U.S. commercial mortgage-backed securities, representing investment banks and financial institutions in their roles as issuer and loan sellers in both public and private offerings of mortgage-backed securities.
He obtained his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his B.A. degree, magna cum laude in Anthropology, Archaeology and Philosophy from Dickinson College. Eric is admitted to practice in North Carolina.
