Alicia Davis is a senior attorney in the firm's Financial Restructuring Group. She focuses her practice on the representation of lenders in connection with bankruptcy remote commercial mortgage loan originations, commercial mortgage-backed securitizations and asset-backed securitizations. She also has experience in other areas of bankruptcy and distressed situations, representing debtors, creditors, lenders and strategic investors in in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Alicia was an associate at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP.
Alicia received her J.D. from William & Mary, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif and served as an editor of the William & Mary Law Review, and she received a B.A., summa cum laude, from Bethany College. She is admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina and the State of Delaware.
