Electronic Resources Coordinator

 The Electronic Resources Coordinator is a full-time position supporting the activities of a fast-paced law firm library.

 

Job Description:

  

  • Handle requests for electronic resource materials
  • Maintenance of the library's print collection.
  • Liaise with other Firm Libraries and departments within the Firm.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding orders, shipments, and invoices.
  • Coordinate filing of library materials
  • Process physical materials from mail check-in to shelving.
  • Manages ID/PW requests including troubleshooting.
  • Assists with special projects as needed.
  • Maintain Library policies and procedures.

  

Requirements:

 

  • Experience with an integrated library system preferable.
  • Computer skills working with standard programs including Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel.
  • Multitasking and attention to detail is critical.
  • Prefer experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Bachelors Degree
