Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is s responsible for supporting the administrative functions of a fast-paced Accounting and Finance Department in New York Office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars for CFO and Director of Finance
  • Prepare financial reports using Excel
  • Prepare monthly budget reports
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management
  • Answer telephones and sort mail
  • Maintain files
  • Special projects

 

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in Accounting/Finance
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality
