On September 28th, the Firm hosted another compelling installment of our Civil Rights Series. The program was titled “The Morning After: The Post-Dobbs Legal Landscape” and featured NYU law professor Melissa Murray.

Professor Murray took us, step by step, through the court cases that led up to the Supreme Court’s decision striking down Roe v. Wade. She then engaged with our moderator, Cadwalader partner Linda Swartz, on a very important discussion based on questions from event participants, with a particular focus on implications for a broad range of civil rights.
