In these cases, we combine a knowledge of insurance coverage with extensive experience in investigating and litigating trading and investment cases, as well as expertise representing companies as victims of financial fraud in dealing with federal prosecutors, regulators, and other public authorities. We also represent public companies and their directors and officers in securities class actions and other financial services litigation, and coordinate their defense with insurance carriers as underwriter-approved defense counsel.
