Cadwalader moved into its new 700 Sixth Street offices, which sit midway between the White House and the U.S. Capitol in downtown Washington, on July 6, 2009.  The space houses more than 80 lawyers and 100 additional personnel in a building designed to be certified by the Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design program of the U.S. Green Building Council at the platinum level. The move to 700 Sixth Street provides room for continued growth and expansion, and allow us to more efficiently and effectively serve our clients.
