Louis M. Solomon, a senior trial lawyer, is the Chairman of the Commercial and International Litigation Groups and Co-Chairman of the Litigation Department.  He is an internationally recognized practitioner on litigation issues affecting multinational companies operating across the globe.

Lou has tried over 50 complex commercial cases before judges, juries, and arbitral or governmental panels.  He regularly represents leading companies, such as Andrx, AriZona Iced Tea, Bouygues S.A., Bristol-Myers Squibb, FIFA, Japan Tobacco, KFC, MOMA, the New York Jets, Overseas Shipholding Group, PepsiCo, U.K.'s Premier Football League, and W.R.
