Ngoc Pham Hulbig
Ngoc Pham Hulbig's practice involves counseling clients in the full range of antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and in connection with investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. Ngoc Pham has experience representing clients in matters involving a wide variety of industries, including software, gaming, spirits, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, credit, and security.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Ngoc Pham was an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in that firm's antitrust department. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Ayuda, Inc., an organization dedicated to protecting the legal rights of low-income immigrants in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Ngoc Pham's recent pro bono matters include guardian ad litem and political asylum cases.
Nogc Pham received her J.D., with honors , from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her B.A., cum laude , from Appalachian State University. She is admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia and New York.
