James T. Bailey
James Bailey focuses primarily on litigating patent infringemfent cases as well as other intellectual property litigation and counseling on intellectual property matters. He has represented clients on matters involving a wide range of technologies, including data networking, semiconductor manufacturing and design, speech coding, voice-over IP, cellular telephony, wireless LANs, hard disk drives, power electronics, medical devices, and automotive technologies.
Jim received his B.S., with high distinction, and M.S. from the University of Virginia. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was honored with the Saul L. Nadler Memorial Award. Jim is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
