Tracy Dariane is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader’s London office.

Tracy advises financial institutions and corporations on domestic and international structured finance transactions, including structured lending, asset-backed financings, and complex multi-jurisdictional securitisation transactions.

She received her Bachelor’s degree (BA) from the American University of Beirut, her Masters in Science degree (MSc) from the London School of Economics, and her Graduate Diploma in Law and LL.M Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School. Tracy is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
