Morgan Li is an associate in the Financial Services Group. Her practice is concentrated in the area of derivatives, structured products, public finance, asset-based finance and financial regulation. Morgan represents financial institutions and buy-side entities in the negotiation of swaps, secured credit facilities, repurchase agreements, structured note offerings and various derivative instruments, and advises clients on various compliance issues regarding the Dodd-Frank Act and related regulation. She is also an active member of the Cadwalader Asian Pacific American Attorneys affinity group.
Morgan received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. from Brown University. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
