Michael Klinger is an associate in Cadwalader's Capital Markets Group, where his practice is focused on asset securitization and structured finance. In this capacity, he has represented investment banks and financial institutions in their roles as issuers, underwriters and loan sellers in connection with public and private commercial mortgage-backed securitizations.
Cadwalader has recognized Michael for excellence in his pro bono practice, which includes representing families of 9/11 First Responders, and serving on the Phoenix House New York Board of Directors, where he chairs the Governance and Nominating Committee.
Michael received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University, his masters degree from Harvard Divinity School, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Michael is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
