Mattan Erder is an associate in the Corporate Group of Cadwalader’s New York Office. His practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, takeover preparedness and defense, shareholder activism and defense, corporate governance and corporate finance. Mattan represents both public and private companies, financial sponsors and investment managers in a wide-range of transactions, such as public and private mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings, tender offers and other corporate transactions.
Mattan joined the firm in 2015. He received his B.A. from Yeshiva University and his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar.
