Greg Prindle, a partner in Cadwalader's Capital Markets Group, is a corporate and securities lawyer who focuses primarily on representing investment banks and other financial institutions in the area of structured finance. He also focuses on federal securities law issues relevant to commercial mortgage-backed securitizations and advises on related securities compliance matters.
Greg has significant experience representing issuers/depositors, underwriters/initial purchasers and originators/loan sellers in public and private offerings of commercial mortgage-backed securities utilizing various structures, including conduit, stand-alone and floating rate transactions. In addition, he has experience representing clients in servicing arrangements and the purchase and sale of mortgage loans, mezzanine debt and subordinate debt.
Admitted to practice in New York, Greg received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from Fordham University.
