Derrell ("D.J.") Hill is an associate in Cadwalader's Capital Markets Group in London. His practice focuses primarily on CLO and loan warehouse facilities, as well as a wide range of securitisation and other asset-based financing transactions.
D.J. has advised on a number of asset classes, including commercial mortgages, credit and charge card receivables, consumer and small business loans, tender option bonds and auto loan and lease receivables. He represents a variety of market participants, including issuers, arrangers, underwriters, placement agents, collateral managers, loan sellers, lenders and borrowers.
D.J. earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. from San Diego State University. He is admitted to practice in New York.
