Alicia Davis is a senior attorney in the firm's Financial Restructuring Department. She focuses her practice on the representation of lenders in connection with bankruptcy remote commercial mortgage loan originations, commercial mortgage backed securitizations, and asset backed securitizations. She also has experience in other areas of bankruptcy and distressed situations, representing debtors, creditors, lenders, and strategic investors in in court and out of court restructurings.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Alicia was an associate at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP.
Alicia received her J.D. from William & Mary, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif and served as an editor of the William & Mary Law Review, and she received a B.A., summa cum laude, from Bethany College. She is admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina and the State of Delaware.
