Adam Kelly is an associate in Cadwalader’s London office. He focuses his practice primarily in the area of capital markets, with an emphasis on structured finance. He has experience in residential loan portfolio sales and across a broad range of asset backed financings including residential mortgage backed securitisations, warehouse financings and whole business securitisations.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Adam was an associate in the Structured Finance Group at Linklaters and completed a secondment to Linklaters’ Amsterdam office.
Adam attended St-Anne’s College, Oxford University and Beijing University, he completed his Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London. He is admitted to the roll of Solicitors of England and Wales.
