Adam Colman is an associate in the Financial Restructuring Group and the Debt & Claims Trading practice in Cadwalader's London office.
Adam specialises in advising bank and fund clients on UK and cross-border loan and claims trading transactions, and also has a wide range of experience working on other finance and corporate matters, including, private acquisitions, primary lending, credit reviews, bespoke options and ‘cashless rolls’.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Adam was an associate at Richards, Kibbe & Orbe LLP, which included a six-month secondment at a private equity firm, and before that spent three years working for the loan trading desk at Deutsche Bank.
Adam earned a BA (First Class with Honours) in English with International Relations from Nottingham Trent University and studied for the Legal Practice Course at the BPP Law School in London. He is admitted to the roll of Solicitors of England & Wales.
